Our Team

Lead Pastor: Ryan Rice serves the church full-time as the primary preaching pastor. He leads both the staff team and church’s overall direction. Ryan is a graduate of Dallas Seminary and is married to Leslie. He also is the proud father of twins, Sam and Riley.

Worship Pastor: Ian Thomson serves the church part-time as the worship pastor alongside his wife Christina, after coming to Phoenix from Portland, OR. Ian is the father of 4 kids, Noelle, Cameron, Gloria, and Adelaide.

Operations / Equipping Pastor: Jonathan Seabourn serves the church full-time by leading the church’s operations. He also teaches and disciples members within the church to be leaders. Jonathan is a graduate of Dallas Seminary and is married to Meredith. He is the father of 3 kids: Luke, Natalie, and Nathan. Jonathan spent his childhood in Nigeria.

Youth Coordinators: Scott & Cari Mickelson are teaming up with local Young Life leaders to minister to the needs of youth in our city and our church. Scott has a background in business/entrepreneurship and is passionate about encouraging people to grow in their daily walk with God. He and his wife, Cari moved from Montana in 2010 to join Imago Dei to reach Phoenix with the Gospel. They have two young boys: Blake and Brayton.

Advisory Board Member: Frank Moscioni has been a believer since 1980, the year his first child was born. Since 1993 he has been Vice-President/CFO of J.H. Routh Packing Company. He loves his wife Nanette, and their children and grandchild. Frank thanks the Lord often for them, and the other family and friends in his life. As Frank says: "Imago Dei is a blessing to me. I volunteer in order to make sure it is a blessing to you." Frank currently serves Imago Dei by assisting in overseeing the financials of the church and serves as a Neighborhood Group leader along with his wife.

Children's Ministry Coordinator: Illinois native LaMarcus R. Boyd accepted Christ when he was 19. Marcus said, “I owe everything to my savior Jesus Christ and I want to scream it from the hilltop about how he changed and is yet changing me. I am so proud to serve at Imago Dei. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is Gods appointment for me, for such a time as this. I also am thankful that God allows me to minister to the lives of the children of Imago Dei! What a blessing!”
